+ COMPLIANCE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.
We align our business processes, actions, and decisions with legal principles and ethical values, particularly integrity and respect for human dignity, and promote fairness, transparency, responsible leadership, and trustworthy cooperation in all Erdrich companies and along supply chains. We also acknowledge our social responsibility and insist on sustainability and conservation of resources.
To comply with human rights and environmental due diligence requirements and to avoid violations made by our suppliers or us, we implement an operational risk management system within the Erdrich Group. This system also aims at identifying, preventing, eliminating, or minimizing human rights and environmental risks and violations of legal rights along our supply chains. The risk analyses are carried out regularly in the required areas. Furthermore, we will foster appropriate preventative measure in the Erdrich Group and supply chain. Such preventive measures will include, for instance, appropriate sourcing strategies and purchasing practices, training in relevant business areas, risk-based control measures, and mandatory compliance with employee and business partner codes of conduct.
The Compliance Officer at Erdrich is the point of contact for compliance with human rights and environmental due diligence requirements.

Each of us must take responsibility for complying with all laws, rules, and standards of conduct that pertain to us and take responsibility for our misconduct.
+ WE REFRAIN FROM PROHIBITED BUSINESS PRACTICES.
We respect the rules of fair and open competition and do not enter into any agreements that unduly influence competition.
+ WE DO NOT INFLUENCE ANYONE AND DO NOT ALLOW OURSELVES TO BE INFLUENCED.
We compete for business exclusively through legal channels. Any form of corruption, bribery, corruptibility, theft, embezzlement or extortion is discouraged by us and prohibited. We avoid even the mere appearance of attempting to influence the business decisions of our business partners through unfair business practices.
+ NO DONATION WITHOUT APPROVAL.
Donations of money and goods for charitable and non-profit purposes are released and authorized exclusively by the board of directors.
+ SMALL GIFTS, SMALL TOKENS OF APPRECIATION AND INVITATIONS PRESERVE FRIENDSHIP.
We provide the possibility to exchange socially customary courtesies and appropriate tokens of appreciation that serve the partnership relationship. However, this must not lead to the assumption that we are susceptible and corruptible to personal gain, therefore we maintain some predetermined rules.

We respect and comply with all national and international regulations that restrict or prohibit the import, export, domestic trade of goods, technology or services, and the careful handling of minerals from conflict and high-risk areas.

Whistleblower System

Quality, legal compliance and integrity are the indispensable principles of our daily work. As a customer, supplier, and partner, you can expect our actions to be guided by universally accepted social values and governed by legal frameworks and our corporate policies. If, despite our efforts, for some reason, the applicable regulations are not (yet) complied with, or at least not fully complied with, in our business environment, we will strive to establish compliance immediately. If you have any indications of a legal violation, in particular a violation of human rights and associated environmental standards in accordance with the German Supply Chain Due Dilligence Act (LkSG) by our company, we encourage you to address such violations and report them to us. Reporting of a compliance incident is voluntary and can be directed anonymously to erdrich.reporting-channel.com.
